The Professional Development section of the meeting will cover:

• XOL and reinsurance in the Self Insured sector – Mark Puskaric, Marsh.  Mark is the head of Workers’ Compensation for Marsh and he runs both their broking and consulting practice. Marsh acts as the broker and places around 40% of all XOL reinsurance policies across Australia. Marsh have observed some challenging conditions and the potential for market failure which will have an impact on self-insurance licence holders.
