Thanks to everyone who attended our Licence Manager’s luncheon on Thursday 11 March. It was a fantastic opportunity to chat, catch up and hear what is happening in the industry.
We heard from
- Gerard O’Driscoll Barrister-at-law
- Rachel Hawkins from the Workers’ Compensation Regulatory Services
- Sharon Stratford, Janine Reid and Laurent Cazier from WorkCover
We also discussed what is the biggest positive that has come out of the COVID situation for our Member’s and their teams. It was generally agreed that the ability to work from home has been a great positive but many have been keen to get back to the office too. It was commented that some management teams are looking at output of their staff rather than the amount of hours at their desk which is very refreshing. There have been challenging times for us all but sharing some camaraderie over a meal was comforting to everyone.
ASIEQ would like to thank all those who joined us for our annual luncheon.
