ASIEQ has supported this event since 2009, and urge all self-insured employers and their staff to nominate themselves or someone else who has achieved great results in rehabilitation and return to work. Self-insurers have amazing initiatives and outcomes to share, so enter now for your chance to be recognised, and showcase your achievements.
Nominating yourself, an organisation or someone else is simple, and winners receive up to $2000 in prize money.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on 20 October 2014.

Rehabilitation and return to work coordinator achievement award
This award recognises an individual’s outstanding efforts in rehabilitation and stay at/return to work for injured workers, and the improvement of workplace rehabilitation culture within the past 12 months.
Employer achievement awards
These awards recognise an employer’s outstanding efforts in rehabilitation and stay at/return to work for injured workers within the past 12 months.
Case management achievement award
This category is open to all injury or case managers working within the Queensland workers’
compensation scheme. The award recognises an individual’s successful delivery of injury and/or casemanagement within the past 12 months.
Health provider achievement award
This award recognises health and rehabilitation providers’ best practice services in returning injured workers to the workforce.
Injured worker achievement awards
These awards recognise an individual’s successful rehabilitation and stay at/return to work within the past 12 months following a work related injury.
Judges innovation award
Judges may also issue an award to a nominee who has demonstrated excellence through innovation in any of the categories above.
